This is a common error due to servers taking time to update your status. I went through this several times. Customer service would always help, but that takes time. When I knew I was going to purchase the club at the discount, I got to where I would just go ahead and buy it at full price. Then I would let customer service know the issue, and that I already purchased and would like the discount price. They were always quick to refund my credits.
