As a long time and loyal player with WGT please can you tell me why you have taken away my consecutive days played total?I missed 1 days play yesterday because I could not access your game (Black Page). My pop up blocker is not on,this was a problem at your end not mine.

                                                          Yours sincerely Phillyswing.

    Hi

I am sorry but the system tracks it automatically, so not much can be done about that.

    Hi phillyswing,

You may want to try bookmarking the Gameclient link, then opening that in a new tab. That way, you can have your popup blocker on all the time.

    Best regards,

    Tom

    here is the link......too

    wgt.com/gameclient.aspx

it keeps the game open in a separate tab, or browser.

This is a ridiculous reply.  I have worked on complex software systems for decades.  There is a human somewhere that understands how the system does or doesn't "automatically" keep track of consecutive days played.  Someone ought to be able to simply update a value stored someone on this polite and loyal customers account record.

With Daylight Savings Time now over, the end of day is now an hour earlier.

7pm Eastern Standard Time  USA is the cut off.

The good news is the 3320 consecutive day points you lost, until you can build back up to 880, is negligible...especially at your level and with nothing new in the Pro Shop.  Who knows, this might be the perfect time to gear down, relax and smell the roses.  Taking a day off now and then is not a bad thing and you might not miss having to buy more balls to keep up a streak that most people don't care about =)

Can anyone provide an answer to this?

Started play yesterday with a ranking of Master and a score of 63.03.Played a good round and got my score down to 63.00.Got promoted to Tour Master and then suddenly my average score was increased to 70.Then played a mediocre round of level after 18 holes and WGT increased my score again to 70.5.Can anyone enlighten me?

    Thank you sincerely Phillyswing.

Your average resets after a promotion. Your new average will now be based on your scores as a TM.

    Congrats on the promotion.
