Wutpa:Marchie and alosso. Yes, you're both right and I know that level is the only relevant factor. Nonetheless when you go to the Po Shop equipment still states a tier requirement too, even though it is nearly always Hack+. That's all I was referring to.

Alas, "Hack+" is not a requirement to me, as it gives allowance to everybody. Same applies to "Level 0+" (see many balls).
I was talking about balls (and equipment) limited to significantly higher tiers. I showed the "TP" balls (there are "Legend" balls, too), and there is a "Pro" driver, albeit low-range.
Fun fact is that there is no Level 0 - all players start with L1 <vbg>.
