got this problem again looked at what is running and found (anti-malware service executable) with very high CPU usage. This points to Window Defender. did another search and appears to point to (msmpeng.exe) followed instructions to exclude and will see what if it makes ant difference.

    nope came back again

My laptop has an inbuilt mouse, I wouldn't fancy playing using it but if others have this would trying it help to rule in/out mouse problems?

For reliable and stable gaming experiences, you'd better go with things with wires. I know it seems like going backward, but it is what it is.

Same thing with internet connection. Use an ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi, especially if you're streaming and performing multi-tasks over the internet.

    Good luck.

    Sadly, no.

Does it start rubberbanding as soon as you start the game, or do you have to do something first before it goes nuts?

at any time have had it as soon as I log in or putting on the 18th. i have moved the mouse to an older USB port off the main motherboard to see if that helps.
