Looking at the news about this update it says that the course note book has been added to the game and those of us who had it in flash will have it automatically added to our account, But it is not in the PCEA or mobile pro shops only the web/flash pro shop, Also the flash/web pro shop where we could open the note book in a browser no longer works, We get an error message similar to the one I got when I tried with firefox,

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
I also tried it with Chrome and Microsoft Edge getting similar error messages with each one.
I also looked in my PCEA inbox to see if it was there and had to be accepted like many other things in the PCEA version but it wasn't there either,
So what has happened to our note books, I'm sure we can still use them in the flash version of the game but this was supposed to introduce them in PCEA. (Edit)
I tried to load the web version of the notebook again about 1/2 hour later and at least now it does load with all three browsers. But it is still not the same as having it in the game like in flash,
