*** Downtime tonight 12/21/20 ***

  Hi everyone, 

  Short downtime tonight to address the bracket DQ issues player's have been reporting. 

  This likely will not fix brackets that are currently in progress, but should fix future ones. 

   

  Downtime begins at 10pm Pacific

  Expected downtime is 30 minutes. 

   

  We will be addressing the issue of custom courses not showing when creating a tournament in the December 29 downtime.

  And make sure you reimburse people for the brackets that are messed up, please. Got to get these bracket issues fixed once and for all.

  Is there anyway you could fix the TEXT on the right side of the brackets when you view them. I don't know about anyone else, but on my PC, you can't read the scores on the right side because the name overlaps the score. Maybe Justify the Name Text to the right of the box instead of the left.

  Can you take an extra few minutes to look into/address uneven lies?

  Why can't I see anything related to them on any tournament/ready go pages?What is going to happen to existing u/l r/g tournaments that have been paid and played but aren't filled before Dec.30?

  I'm assuming I haven't missed an announcement that uneven lies are going to be available come the end of flash player on PCEA.

  Morning Champ, 

  Not so sure the DQ issue in Brackets that was addressed worked properly. 

  I looked at wgt.com and only see a couple of brackets from a few days ago that I have entered and playing. Clicked on closed tournaments and there are a few (100 cr) 18 hole tierless that filled 3 and 4 hours ago (7:45 am EST now). Then went on flash to see if there were more there and even a new 100cr 18h Tierless that just opened. 

  Perhaps what your programmers need to do is have the code remove Cabo & Whistler from the selection altogether. Or if someone manually click on certain boxes to see what's include make sure to exclude those.

  The two that filled up seem as they were generated after the "downtime" as on previous threads people have made comments that those 50, 100 and 200cr brackets that do not have Cabo and Whistler fill as fast as 20 to 30 minutes. Until Cabo and Whistler are removed the issue will continue. 

   

  

   

  

   

  There is also a bracket I signed up that had Cabo on 3rd round and seemed as it WD everyone who had not played as it filled up. Will you guys be refunding me and everyone who shows a WD by the system? 

  I am sure there are other brackets that had done so and it's uncalled for.
