My rubbish form continues with a 71 around Oakmont. All over the place on front 9 with most ding attempts very late about halfway between ding & end of metre. Amazingly only 3 over around the front with a bogey on 3 & double bogey on 4 after a bit of bunker hopping. Back 9 wasn't looking good starting with a bogey on 10 but finally dropped a birdie putt on 13,14 & 17 to make my score a bit more respectable but I think I'm out of the running already after week 1.
Had a good F9 of -4, including a birdie on #9, but matched two birdies on the B9 with 2 bogeys on Par’3’s, to stay -4.
