  my tendinitis acted up and needed to play 4 holes with my opposite hand and ended with a 65.

  what can I say but ugh!!

  Started poorly missing an easy putt for bird on 1

  Picked up birds on 2 and 3

  Got to hole 4 and I have yet to find the right spot to land that on the green, so par was the result.

  Bird on 6, hole 7 and yet again missed the bird on a par five!

  Make the bird on 8 that horrible long par4 with the bunker right inline just short of the green looking to trap your approach shot.

  Par on 9 for a 32 Front 9

  Another glass of aiming liquid and onto the back 9

  OMG 10 still 245 yrds out after the Tee shot, shut my eyes and hit my 3wd ending up through the green, another par

  Bad winds on 11,12,13 saw me struggling for par

  Finally picked up a bird on 14,15,17

  Yet another missed birdie on a par 5 to round out the back 9 with a struggling 65

  The ever-disappointing par train stole the show this week. Even with an eagle on #7, I was only able to muster at 59.

  Wow, Erin Hills was tough this week.  No easy holes, only two birdies, 3 bogies and a lot of stressful par saves.  End up with a 73, but it could have been so much worse if I hadn’t got lucky on a few of those par saves.

  week 7 @ Erin Hills----- shot a 60, frt 9 was bad only managed -5 and it's usually my better 9 here, but bck 9 was better -7 for a -12...on to next week.....

  59 for me this week at Erin Hills.  The highlight for me was hearbeats (and birdies) on all 4 Par 3's.  I think that's the first time I've done that.

  Of the 4 putts I missed, 3 of them were edge-burners, including one from 28 feet.  Hopefully that's an indication that I'm starting to break out of my putting slump.  We'll see.
