    played this evening and it was a win for carl and myself,

    was great to catch up with a friend, mark, 

    tom and mark  had bit of an off day and were unlucky that carl and myself didnt miss much,

    We had a great game against Tess and Morgan tonight. Folks started on fire as we were struggling to find our pace. Went 3 up after 8th hole. Luckily, we had some tailwind on the 9th and Clem made the eagle which put us back on track. Another great shot from Clem on 11th who pitched it in from the rough. Couple of difficult approaches and putts put us into tie and 1 up. Reached the 17th hole (always a tough approach) but Clem gave me an excellent opportunity for birdie to close the match 2 up.

     

    I would like to thank 2 good friends like Tess and Morgan for the great game and of course my partner who carried me for the most part of the game.

    The pleasure was ours gents as your  both class acts ...George is being a bit modest as they were the steadier team today we hit a few loose shots and missed a few putts  that could of fell ...But at this level that will send you Packing....

    would have played yesterday but ended up getting it in today. so one more match out of the way.

    14 Mar el3n1 and Bluto346 defeated Mandie02 and Ishimi31 in a 18-hole Alternate Shot game on ST ANDREWS LINKS: THE OLD COURSE.
