How do you choke down your clubs on here?

This is just an expression to indicate partial swings. Anytime you hit less than full you are "choking" the swing, or club. This is where avatar movements, rulers, tape on the screen, etc. become useful. They help you gauge how much to choke a club to get a specific yardage, something you learn by practicing.

WGTIcon once made a statement to the affect that you rarely have to choke a club a lot if you use all  shots at your disposal. Always try to take as full a swing as you can. Switching shot types makes this easier.  GL

Ok guys, thanks and I stand corrected.

I need to learn more and maybe chat more to the likes of you Ultra hard WGT gamers.

it's not really about being an "ultra hard gamer", it's more about being here as long as a lot of us have (2+ years) and getting a thousand rounds in during that time - trust me we all struggled the same as you (still do - but that's why we come back)

A lot of us were most active during a point in the game where we didn't have the clubs and balls we have now. It was impossible to even spin a wedge back with even the best setups back in the day. Playing in those conditions really helps advance your understanding of the quirks of this game. It's the same for guys starting out now as far as club options at the early levels, but the time is very short lived compared to how some of us played with WGT GID balls (as they were the best at the time) for well over a year.
