  Shane started well with a birdie on #1, while I managed to fluff my putt on that horrible back pin. But then the luck started changing, when I managed to hole the eagle pitch from behind the green on #2,  hit 2 darts on #4 and 5 and convert the heartbeat approach on #7. From then on, we played about the same until I managed to hole another eagle pitch on #16 and Shane got a really unlucky rub of the green for a bogey.

  Great pleasure meeting you, Shane. Your CC can be proud of the way you carried yourself both in arranging the game and during the time on the course. A true gentleman and a true sportsman.

  The 2 shots went on the first hole for IParkin after one of those strange misses that sometimes happen from less than 2 feet. A -7 under front 9 from myself was good enough to open up a lead and I kept my nose in front for the rest of the round.

  Gilly took the early lead while i was having putter problems and then gilly had back to back bogeys while my putter started to come back to working order but i made the come back to take the WIN. Cheers for the game and good luck in rest of your matches.
