  Anyways, it's weird he's having the issue. How about deleting it, cleaning all junky files & registries using something like CCleaner, restarting PC and reinstalling it?

  Have you tried resetting your modem by simply unplugging and allowing it to reboot?

  I know that others have had the Connectivity Error issue and even though it says they have a strong signal a reboot of the modem was required to get it to connect properly.

  I used TeamViewer to get into his computer, did an uninstall including files and registry entries, reinstalled the game, launched the game from the Launcher (it updated itself), and watched as he stayed stuck on the LOADING screen for over 5 minutes without getting in.

  I'm done here.  I've given all the specifics that tell exactly where the problem lies.  Screen shots and everything.  It's up to WGT to figure out what's happening on their end and fix it.  Peace out, people.

  No worries, Simon.  I apologize for my snotty comment.  It was almost 2:00am and I was tired and irritable.  I appreciate your trying to help.  But, yes, we already did what you suggested.

  @MarchieB - yes, he rebooted his modem and his computer.  No change.

  Yeah.  It's like taking your car to the WGT garage.

  Me:  My car won't go forward when I put it in Drive.  The transmission just spins and the car doesn't move.

  Me:  Yes, I did that.  It starts just fine, it just won't go forward.
