It's still doing it, I've submitted 2 messages from the video page. At the top right, it says 'contact us'. I explained the problem and it said someone would get back to me within 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I just sent another message a few minutes ago. I really need the credits, and watching the videos was an easy way to get 7 credits a day.

I haven't been able to watch any of the videos for two days. The carousel of videos is visible, but when I click on a video, the screen turns black and doesn't do anything.
Do you have third party cookies enabled in your browser? It says"third-party cookies must be enabled in your browser" You may have accidentally disabled them.
