The point is to learn what his 110 PW does with a punch. I don't know what that particular wedge punches and my example is with the 125 yard PW from the Burner set.  His PW at 110 should punch somewhere around 95-100 (guessing) which happens to be the area he is concerned with. A lot of players ignore this shot which is a mistake. Learning how to use it and control it changes the lower wedge requirements.

I'm pretty sure his PW punches 94.  Mine punches 98 from 115.  Same brand just a different level.

Edit to add: Punches are great when you learn them!

There ya go, Greg. It sounds like going to the 80W would be a good move for you if you learn that PW punch. You'd be able to cover 80, 94 and 110 with full swings. :-)

Don't know how I failed there.  I don't know why I thought the OP had a lower G-10 set.. guess I should have looked first :/

You didn't fail anything. What he has in his bag is not what he's talking about. He's going to get new irons and was concerned about the PW in the new set.  ;-)
