  As ever with this new version, the putting was useless - just a solitary eagle on the 7th made it nalbiting.  But I managed to get 4 birdies, and amazingly no bogeys, on the back 9 to sail into the next round  :)

  Mio have you tried changing the putting grid from standard to classic? Classic is much closer to what we had on flash,

  I've tried both Standard and Classic, but I don't see any difference.  What does it change, the putting grid or the putting meter?  I don't have a problem with the grid, it's the length of the hitting part of the meter (the blue area) - it's too long.  I'm an off-ding putter, and I have to miss by an inch to allow for just a tiny bit of break, meaning anything more and I have to move the aimer too, making it incredibly inconsistent.

  EDIT:  I've just played a full 9 holes with the Classic setting, and it does seem that I don't have to hit so far off ding, so maybe it is a little better.  Thanks for the tip.

  mikee672 defeated conveyorguy in a 9 hole match play game on KIAWAH ISLAND: THE OCEAN COURSE.

  Guys - a little bit pedantic I know, but just in case you don't understand matchplay scoring, you can't have a 6&3 scoreline, nor can you have a 3up scoreline.  If Mike was 3up then it would have been either 3&2 (meaning 3 shots up with only 2 holes left to play), or possibly 3&1 if he was 2up on the 8th tee and won the 8th hole (to make it 3 shots up with only 1 hole left to play).

  However, a win is a win, the score doesn't really matter.

  Just played Jason01291 in Round 1 on Kiawah F9 and won 2&1.  Managed to go up early on, and it helped his putter wasn't working for him.

  Myself & Carl had a fine spin around Kiawah F9...

  It seemed like every shot or 2nd shot was a Heartbeat but even then We both got Vemmed or whatever you want to call it lol on the 1st Par 3, We both hit it spot on or so we thought, Carl had an 18ft bender and I was fringed... I got lucky with the fringe putt to level the game.

  Bottom line we had a ton of fun but Carl was so close to Eagle on 3 approach shots WOW

  I guess I`m just lucky, I managed to sneak over the line and against the run of play for the win on 9th.

  Carl the better Player by Far...
