cheated out of Callaway Legend ball offer

  On October 26 the advertised special appeared on my opening screen. I read through the posting and it offered a sleeve of the Callaway Legend balls that are not yet available to tour masters. I clicked the accept offer tab and was taken to the purchase credit screen. I selected the required $20.00 amount and it confirmed the addition to my credit account, but I NEVER RECEIVED THE SLEEVE OF BALLS.

  I have done this on one prior occasion with success and am very disappointed that I was cheated in this transaction.

  hi it was a glitch which I mentioned on that day. for a few hours, the offer was shown to all tiers when it was meant just for legends.

  obviously, if you not a legend, you could not have used legend balls. please email us at members@worldgolftour.com and they can see what can we done to remedy the situation.

  The  Legend balls were offered to TM'S and Legends, it was a one time promo, they definitely had more spin to them but with the Cleveland wedges I certainly do not need more.  Promo's are promo's I for one appreciate them.

  Today i bought $20 credits to get the free Callaway balls, but i didn't received it too. WHAT A FRAUD!!

  Obviously if us TM's are not "suppose" to use them then don't give them to us.

  as Icon's said it was a glitch....it happens.

  how would you know ?....TM's can't use Legend balls.

  I read the post incorrectly, Sorry Icon, what I meant to say is Yes they were offered to TM'S in a recent promo and Yes I did receive them and use them.  They had more spin than my regular Cally's but with my Clevelands I certainly do not need more spin.  Regardless Promo's are good and I appreciate getting a little more bang for my buck once in awhile.

  I saw advertised  also, and did the same, and I didn't received the balls. I've just envy email and waiting for response.

  IIRC,  the ad for the free callys had a promo code you needed to enter when doing the deal.   I believe the code was "legendfree"
