I right clicked the error and submitted the problem that way. I am also posting it here in hopes of getting a quicker response to the problem. When I attempt to enter a monthly; weekly tournament, I get this error message: " Unexpected Error -- We're sorry, there has been an error with the game. Please close the window and try again later.  Thanks, WGT " I have had this issue for about 6 days now. I've lost second round play in 2 different multiround tournaments. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix on my end? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks -- Steve

Try a defrag and clear any unused stuff from your computer as this game seems to need a lot of room. Then I'd suggest using Chrome and downloading 360 Amigo and Game Booster to help the game along. Oh, and last but not least, check your internet speeds.

A daily disk scan won't hurt either. Oh, and clear your caches daily and after all updates. :-)

It's designed to speed up your PC. It's like a quick daily defrag, clears all your junk files and sorts out your registry. I use the free version.

Thanks for the suggestions. Been using Chrome for about 6 months now, also Game Booster and my computer is a screamer. I'm not having trouble playing pick up games or practice games, just tourneys. My system auto defrags once a week and auto internet cleans.(i.e. cache, cookies etc.) Also have high speed cable. I think it's on WGTs side but they haven't responded yet. Again, thanks for your input.
