Yes, you hit it about twice as hard as needed. If there were any other decent views it would probably look different.

Bollocks! I make that putt any other time I play a practice round, green condition or wind speed.

It's called  "you got WGT'd"   Unfortunate, as those looked like some great putts bud.

No it was just hit too hard and lipped out.

Looked like 3 legit misses to me. The only one i'd even groan about would have been the putt on CCC #9, and that only b/c it just barely missed from 30-odd feet.

That first put ( Kia #4) never had a chance at the speed you hit it. It broke to the low side with way too much speed to ever have a chance to go.

An the putt Oakmont just flat out wasn't hit firm enough, since it broke under the hole.

Just because you happen to see that white line cover some part of the hole means absolutely nothing. It's a computer program ...  a ball travelling at "X" speed over pixel "Z" goes in. Faster/slower or hitting pixel "Z" even 1 pixel away from the hole misses.

If you want to see a ball that should have dropped in the hole have a look at the replay I have saved. Apparently didn't even catch the lip.
