I played the WK 47 9 hole unlimited @ Congressional. Par for 9 holes is 36. I shot 3 birdies and 1 bogey, that is 34. My scorecard showed 37, 1 over par. I took a screen shot but am unsure how to upload it here.

I know that the count of putts may be off, but a wrong score is new to me.

You'll have to upload it to the internet, via your cloud or a publishing site like imgur.com or postimgages.org. Take the "direct link" and enter it via "Insert Media" while editing a posting - it's the green "movie" tag in the menu line.

Be sure to limit the size to 450 (which looks like the standard now).

Feel free to comment above and below.

A seasoned but correct description of the complete process is here.

Most people would want to forget a triple bogey, looks like you did too.

Without seeing the pic (as it hadn't been posted yet) I guessed that it might be a triple or quad that the OP had missed. Anything over a Double Bogey shows as just a number rather than one with a square or double square around it.

I see now. I was just looking at the single square and not at the numbers. My bad.

That doesn't make any sense to me. Is there a reason for that?

The theory is to put one square around your score for each stroke over Par. So a single square for a Bogey and a double square for a D. Bogey. Putting 3,4 or more squares would possibly be too much. They could make a third one for anything over a DB, maybe a red square or a square with hashed lines rather than solid???

I know the single and double borders appeared on the old flash scorecards. Anyhow, just a single border would be enough to draw your attention to it.
