How many times do we have to write about this before anything gets done about it?  More and more often ESPECIALLY IN READY GO'S, clubs go full distance in strong headwind.  Wind has no effect on shots what so ever.  I lost a challenge match the other day on sudden death due to me aiming for 20 mph left right wind, but ball goes straight and lands in deep rough right on my aim point.  NO WIND AGAIN.

And i withdrew from ready go after it happened twice in a round, seems its added to mess your round up to keep scores high.  Not my turn to win today

Here's another example of ready go this morning, using 80 yard wedge in 20 mph headwind at 5 o'clock, with club going full distance

And having to wait extra 30 seconds for replay to load is TAKING THE PI55 OUT OF US1  What next, 30 second advert between shots??

In your replay Chris, I thought Cleveland wedges into a headwind would suck a callaway back into the burn.  Yet your shot rolled forward a yard.  What's with that? (PS I don't have Clevelands)

Thats whats puzzling, for 80 yard wedge, i would expect to be at least 8 yards short,  for 74 yard approach, it should be bang on, (or 2 yards short at most), but my shot went 80 yards, i gave a fraction top spin, but only just until bottom of dot is flush with bottom of callaway writing on the ball (which is hardly any just enough for ball to stop dead and not spin back to make me even further from hole.), but usually it would land on 75 yards.

Wrong replay. I see a 225 yard shot.

WGT has shown it in FEET not yards. It was yards when i saved it.

224 feet is about 74 yards

In that case the shot was understandable. With your z ball and a full swing I can see that happening.

not when my wedge is 82 yards WITH the ball, and usually i have to deduct 4 yards per 10 mph wind, so the shot should've usually been bang on within a yard or 2, not travelling full distance. Any way, nothing can be done about it any way, time to move on to the next tournament.

(i had similar shot on different hole same wedge, 21 mph wind, i took same shot, this time it went 74 yards, what it should have done in hole #1 above.)

By your numbers you lost 3 yards off that full swing. Allowing 8 yards in a wind to the side, not in your face, seems a bit much. "Usually" having to deduct distance means you don't always do it. Looks like one of the times you shouldn't have.  ;-)

wind was 5 o'clock, thats why it should have gone 75 yards, not 80 yards, just puzzling because no way would it usualy be 2/3 yards short for 20 mph, this is what i would expect for 10 mph. I had 75 yards to pin, r.s.george #14, 20 mph wind again at 5 o'clock, i used FULL topspin, my shot went 74 yards.  what i would expect. The shot in replay was probably a freak shot. Typical ready go shot.lol

Now you got me confused chris.  You had the SAME shot on RSG as you had on the replay at SA.  On RSG you hit FULL topspin and got what you expect.  On SA you said you used a fraction topspin and got what you didn't expect.  Why didn't you use full topspin on SA??
