The Holiday Half Day Presented by WGTChampion

  Hi everyone, 

  I'm WGTChampion and I want to spread some cheer today. 

  I'm going to be giving away some stuff like we did in the old days. (By "old days" I mean the community did this event for 12 days all on their own for the last several years because this community is the absolute best.) 

  The first thing I want to say is that I'm sorry that I won't be able to make all wishes come true. I will be checking in between meetings and other tasks so there may be large gaps in my responses. I will be locking this thread when I leave for the day. That's why it's the Holiday Half Day.

  Rules:

  You may

   

  • Wish for something for being so good this year (be mindful gifts can't be above your level)
  • See some else's wish and send them a gift (just be sure to call it out) 
  • Be wonderful and kind to one another

   

  You may not

   

  • Wish more than once
  • Be mean or otherwise unkind
  • Get too mad that I didn't plan this before this very second (it might be a bit messy, but that's what the Holidays are about, right?)

  It’s good to see a thread like this around the holidays.

   

  I’m satisfied with the equipment that I have, but I do have a member in our club that is always in a nice mood, says hi to everyone she meets, and always willing to help anyone who asks.

  Her user’s name is TOPCHEFWMN1 and she is a TM at level 96. She does have some good gear but her wedges are the WGT start set. It would be nice to gift to her a new 100-yard wedge level 95 Callaway Jaws 56 degree.

  Hey Champion,

   

  Thanks so much for doing this! If I could wish for anything, I think it would be a Max CC Putter. I know that's a hefty ask, but it's worth a shot! Hope you have a great holiday season and thanks again for doing this!

  Hi Champion, 

   

  I remember the "old Day" being a player since 2007 back when it was only closet to the hole. 

  I've played so long with the clubs I have that it would throw my game off to learn new ones. 

  I would like a sleeve or two of the TaylorMade TP5x Super Vapor Balls. 

  I am looking forward to granting some wishes this year as well. Glad that you  brought this back ..

  Hi Champ and very many thanks for starting this thread / your generosity.

  Very soon I'll be celebrating my 10th year with wgt and am still loving it.

  I'm a struggling old Legend with Arthritis in my fingers, so moving over from the desktop version to Android this last year was a blessing as it's easier to tap the screen than it is to click a mouse.

  Trouble is:- I'm getting though balls (Cally Slow Meter L1+) at an alarming rate.

  We don't have much opportunity to to earn free credits over this side of the pond and although I'm a Services Veteran, I'm on a very limited budget.

  So, please keep up the good work and some balls would be gratefully received.
