Dear WGTIcon,
when one customer prove with the help of a replay that he did lose a ball due to an obvious bug (no one can guess that there are invisible branches over there) what WGT is supposed to do?
I personally know the answer. What about WGT?
I had remarkable experiences with other online companies like amazon or apple, who can handle problems very well when things doesn't go right for customers (if this is not their fault).
Perhaps I should write an email and that a forum is not the proper place for that. Please let me know :) .
