technical error

    since this morning I have always the same error that does not make me play tournaments and it is the following:

    error code: failed to evaluate rule action (ctx, recommender)> recommendTournaments (recommender) exitgames.Wgt.domain.realpro.providers.tournament.recommendations.hack.paid.credits.gtlk.

    can anyone tell me how to solve?

    I would first try using ScottHope's Clean Install script found here (For Windows only)...

    It will remove any corrupted registry keys for the WGT app and allow you to reinstall a fresh, clean version of the app.

    hi, I tried the method you suggested and reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work. other solutions?

    You may need to send an email to WGT customer service to see what they say as they may know what the error means. 

    You say you can’t play tournaments. Is it every tournament (WGT, country club) or just specific ones (eg the new Grand Slam “Virtual US Open”) ?

    I would suggest deleting the Topgolf folder before reinstalling. Did you do that?

    yes, but the problem is still there, I sent a report to wgt that doesn't even deign to answer, ridiculous

    I am experiencing the same error since Monday. WGT Customer Service has asked for screenshots which I have sent to them. My tournament menu suddenly started working this morning but now it isn't

    @WGT: This happens when you enter tournaments via the web browser(paid or free tournaments) and then try going back into the tournaments menu and the error in the original poster's message pops up again.

    Come on @WGT I need this bug fixed so I can play my tournaments.

    P.S. This error pops up when the app is executing this process "getting active bracket details". ;)

    We have some of our server people looking into the loading times and issues in joining a tournament. Thanks for the reports

    hi Nico, do you have any idea how long we have to wait to be able to solve the problem? I haven't been able to play tournaments for 4 days
