I am experiencing the same error since Monday. WGT Customer Service has asked for screenshots which I have sent to them. My tournament menu suddenly started working this morning but now it isn't
@WGT: This happens when you enter tournaments via the web browser(paid or free tournaments) and then try going back into the tournaments menu and the error in the original poster's message pops up again.
Come on @WGT I need this bug fixed so I can play my tournaments.
P.S. This error pops up when the app is executing this process "getting active bracket details". ;)
