  I completed the CTTH goal for scoring 100 or better.  I have yet to receive my 15 stars.  This is the 2nd time this has happened.  Always with the CTTH proposition of 100 or better.  WGT needs to fix this bug.

  Can I my 15 stars please.

  Still waiting as are my fellow esteemed wgt colleagues.  Played a 3rd time with no 15 stars.

  This is a serious breach of consumer trust, especially for those who make monetary purchases to this service.

  Made a purchase in the pro shop of balls and didnt get my 5 stars for 20,00 coins. Any one else seeing this one. Awards should be listed on our activity list.

  I definitely understand the anger, we have different structures for Goals rewards and we even have some that will give more credits than even the previous ones. For the ones that have less credits at the end, there's more gold packs, and coins available. Which I also acknowledge isn't for everyone, but there's still a very large majority of players that appreciate those extra coins and packs. I don't know if there is a perfect structure that will satisfy everyone and also not break our economy

  The new prize structure is really stingy.  

  • Base:  35 CR down to 20 CR, plus no more Gold Pack
  • Plus:  45 CR down to 30 CR
  • Premier:  90 CR down to 40 CR

  None of the Goals rewards give more credits than before.  They all give fewer credits at the end than before.  See above.

  • Base:  was 1 Silver + 1 Gold max / now it's 1 Silver max = loss of 1 Gold pack
  • Plus:  was 2 Silver max / now it's 3 Silver max = gain of 1 Silver pack
  • Premier:  was 2 Gold max / now it's 2 Gold max = no change
