This is so long overdue. I can't believe WGT finally took action on this:

InBrain surveys are replacing Peanut Lab surveys on the WGT website. The survey-taking experience will remain similar to what you’re used to, but just wanted you to know in case you noticed it looked a bit different. During this transition, surveys will be disabled on Android until the following WGT release.

Hopefully the new kids on the block don't start banning players from doing surveys on day one...lol

PS Just as a trial, I did a 8 credit survey and was actually awarded 8 credits. So far, so good. Surveys are not for everybody as patience is involved. It's hopefully now another way of earning free credits if you want to go down that road.

How long did that take?  You know you can earn 8 credits from just 4 videos (on a mobile device or using an android emulator on your PC), taking a maximum of 2 minutes.  Or if you're clever enough you can set up multiple instances of WGT within your android emulator, in this case 4, and it would take in the region of 30 seconds to get the 8 credits.  I'd be surprised if you took less than 10 minutes to get those 8 credits!

10 years ago we used to get up tp 600 credits for a survey, and it wasn't unachievable.  You're luckly if you get 100cr from a survey now, and they take at least twice as long to do... if you manage to get past the one million eligibility questions, which most of the time you will fail!  Shows how WGT has 'progressed'... in the opposite direction!

And they're not new kids on the block, Nico said they were one and the same company, so don't expect anything different long term!

And just to add, Having been banned for many years from surveys, I too was able to access them again.  However, having repied "No" to their question of wanting to keep my data, I failed the survey and got 1cr.  After 5 failed ones they won't let you do any more!  So I got 5 credits!

Not exactly true.  If you fail to qualify for a survey, they give you 2 credits as a "Partial Reward", but they only give you that 2 credits 5 times.  You can still try to complete surveys after that, but they won't give you anything if you fail to qualify.

This is what mine looked like today (reverse chronological order).  I completed one survey and failed to qualify 5 times, but was then was able to complete one more after that.

Sam it's not true for you, or how much you did of the survey or whatever, but it is true.  Perhaps it's simply that, to quote Mr Bowie, this is not ham erica ;-)

Anyway I did as Mio described, although only once, and this is how it shows in my account.

2022-10-28 InBrain earned 1 credits  Completed InBrain Survey 1 Cr  (copied it as I was worried about messing up formatting)

You failed 4 in a row, don't know if that's significant.

I tried the surveys for the first time in 2 years today. Thought there might be a change but after 20 mins of answering question all I got was 2 credits. LMFAO.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I had one of those also today.  Answered the qualification/demographic questions, qualified for the survey, answered survey questions (they asked what I thought about various cell phone and internet deals), and after about 10 mins of that - 2 credits.

So I guess they still have the problem where sometimes you don't get credit for taking the survey.

It also sounds like people in the UK only get 1 credit (not 2) if they don't qualify for a survey.  Weird.  Doesn't seem fair.

I've just been reminded of what I most don't like in them; started with a 44c 10min, it swapped a few times to other ones and ended up doing one I didn't know the length of, took 35min and I got 54c. Back to sweeping chimneys methinks.
