Yes the pick up the ball option is there but a few people have said that when you pick up your ball it messes up the rest of the skins game.
Nope. I played a four player Skins game a few days ago where we used the pick up ball option multiple times without problems.

Same here use" pick up ball " all the time & never had a problem fingers crossed it stays that way ! smoke
