As I posted earlier, the only way I found to be able to play on the Mac post-update is via Steam. It's been working fine for a while now.
When I try to log in, and box pops up and says "oops, something unexpected happened please try again, error code 1100 (user datejust does not have access to transaction with id 9448cba9-e2d0-498f-85d9-b0280180a67a)
Adding my voice to this thread. Cannot login into the MacOS application. Have tried removing and reinstalling to no avail. I have tried the iPad app, but I can't log in there either.
The current error message on the MacOS application is "Cannot connect to server."
I am able to successfully log into my account at https://www.wgt.com/home/
I'm on an M2 MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.2.
I'm on an iMac 24 running Sonoma 14.1.2.
Have you tried https://www.wgt.com/login?
From there I got a launcher but it crashed each time I tried to run it from the dock.
Going to finder > Apps and double clicking the WGT tile there got me playing.
