Zong is Mobile Payment method. My guess is transaction is slow. Holiday weekend. You'll get your credits so you can buy stuff soon.
I am guessing he had some sort of issue with a money transaction, but he still doesn't see his credits. My guess is he did something wrong, or used the incorrect method. I don't see Zong listed in the payment options when buying credits.
