  I can't change my avartar even after i purchase it with my money.  What's going on???

  hi

  it can be accessed  by going to my profile, then clicking on appearancews, chose a different avatarsand scroll left or right until you see the one you bought.

  I try to do that and it won't let me shift to the one I want!!!  What next??

  You scroll along and just click on the one you want. It's that easy.
