I did the swing and putting introductions but now the game appears stuck both on the Mac OS client and if I try from iOS. There's a hand pointing to Daily Bonus which is the only thing I can click/tap on and there doesn't seem to be any way of making progress from there. Play Now etc aren't available and I have no way of playing a game to earn the Daily Bonus. Not sure what I'm supposed to be do from here but the game seems to be in a state where advancing isn't possible?
Any ideas?
When I first started, I too was perplexed to be stuck in tutorial mode and quit the game for 6 months. When I came back it seems the game allowed to pick a few other avenues of play. Hope it's better for you now.
You've got my respect for keeping your account in mint condition for 13 years alone, man! Me too, I hope you get it sorted out.
Have you tried reaching out to Customer Service? Or if you are on Discord you can join WGT server and reach out to @wgtnico. This is not an uncommon problem and easily fixable once they know you're having the issue. Nico can usually get this stuff resolved in a few hours to a day if you DM him or post in the appropriate server room.
Are you trying to use the old flash version? The game platform changed in 2020.
