for those asking about issues with their meter. We've been investigating the uptick in issues since 182 released. So we're still looking into it, it seems most commonly impacting users with older devices/hardware most commonly but not limited 2014 or older.

I am interested to know how WGT came to this 'assumption'?
Is it based on the number of people 'reporting' it to WGT with their details of what they use to play this game, or do WGT have a program which can tell what 'device/hardware' people use ?
I have looked through all the posts in the website forums (don't think I missed any) and also 'endured' looking through WGT's discord channel, and I have found VERY FEW posts where people provide the details of their devices/hardware!
If it is the former, maybe asking people to state their details in ANY correspondence about a problem they are experiencing, would at least give WGT more accurate, therefore viable information, before making an 'assumption' of who is 'most commonly affected?
If it is the latter, then that raises a whole bunch of questions which I do not have enough ink in my keyboard to be able to put on here (lol)
As a 'point of information - I know of several club members within the club I am in, that have purchased new pc's, laptop and tablets THIS YR and are experiencing these meter issues.
