Yes... it's running great. Hope he doesn't mind me telling , but  I sent shadow my info and he give me the link to intel for my particular  set up .  I've never loaded this fast and so far I've not had a single meter skip , no pause or stutter in the green grid , reverse view is just SNAP  quick...  just a world of difference. Thanks again Infinito.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           "Ace"

Just to get this straight... Ace... (from one "Ace" to another)... are you still operating with the "rolled-back version" of flash (10.0.45.2) or are you now, after your whiz-bang upgrades, running the current version (10.1.53.64)?

I've just updated my chipset, video, and network drivers (in that order, for those listening)... but i've yet to pull the trigger on the 10.1 Flash upgrade...

I'm gonna try-out the old one, to see if there's any differences before I go to 10.1... just for the helluvit...

... and who is this "Shadow" guy? lol ;)

    WGTniv:

    Hi Pueblo,

I've been trying it myself all morning and don't see any difference in performance (for better or worse).  When I installed the upgrade I uninstalled the old version first, cleared my browser and flash caches (to take care of any older elements) and then re-installed the new version.  I'd recommend clearing your caches since the update doesn't take care of that for you and there are new options in the Global Settings Manager.

    The blind leading the blind.

So you guys are all so cool! You technocrats! lol. How does that equate or relate to everyday users? I know computers very well.. am very familiar with flash.. and it's just a pity that WGT expects it's users to constantly worry about and upgrade their settings based on the ramblings of people who barely graduated high-school.

This game is apparently sponsored by MacroMedia to some extent. Pretty much explains the 50 somethings too. You pretty much just gave it away. More fuel for my fire. =)

Careful there, Mensa...  Now that Niv has a WGT in front of his name he get a pretty big hammer.

Attacking WGT staff on the boards is a sure-fire way to earn yourself a ticket out of here....  It doesn't matter than you post at 0230 in a drunken stupor... they'll just had you your ass on the way out, no matter how many 'day-after apologies' you present.

Besides, weren't you going to TWO?  Let me see if I can remember what you said...  oh yea, here it is...

    Some 'mensa' Sooner:
Tired of all these stupid ass games WGT plays with people. Going to TWO. Cheers. GL on here. Don't speak your mind!

I had issues with this version as well. I rolled back to the previous one and its better. Everything is updated and my cache clear, this version just not working for me it either seems.

Go back to version 10 or update your video drivers.
