I'm waiting to see how WGT handles this. Any respectable business would give back a refund when THEY wrongly (mistakenly) took money for a non-existing product.

Let's see how WGT is run and what kind of customer relations they have. I'm still waiting for a reply to an email I sent yesterday, doesn't look good so far.

I KNOW in my business if I made a mistake like this, that I couldn't refund the money fast enough to my customers and make sure that they were satisfied.

At the very least WGT should have refunded the credits immediately, anything less is really unacceptable and poor business practice.

As you all have guessed, this is the next month 2000 rg. Unfortunately, it was made public by mistake and once someone registers, it becomes locked for editing. We only found out then.

Like I have said, Please email in and those who elect not to particulate when it goes live on the first, for any reason, will get their credits refunded.

    Thanks for the patience:)

So what happens in the mean time?  You hold our money, surely there must be a fair solution?

    Hi

I understand it's frustrating but there is nothing I can do. I don't even have access to that part of the game.

    Hi Icon,

I know there's nothing that you can do, I understand that, but there's plenty that the people that run WGT can do, a good start would be crediting everyone that entered the Ready-go their entry fee back, it's really not that hard to do.

I'm sure there's a list of the players that paid an entry fee, no?

I'm a bit confused here. Aren't R/Go's suppose to start when the last one has finished.

I know there is a January Comp opened for entries and cannot be played until next week in the Stroke Section, but with R'Gos you play em straight away when it's started or so I thought...lol.

I've also noticed the $50 R/Go is stalled at the moment, is there a time limit for how long a R/Go can be opened for.

    Cheers

I know it might be a hassle for those who've paid the entrance fee for this 1st January high roller & they're stuck in limbo till next week, but when next week arrives you'll all be able to play it.

Icon did start this thread to let people know of its premature release so he's being above board about it all and has stated next week when the RG goes live, people can either choose to play or have their credits refunded....so it's all good.

Just think of it as having one pre-paid RG in the tank

    TBE

    Icon,

Not to belabor this issue further. Do you know the exact time when this RG will be available for play? Is it at 12:00AM PST or some other time zone? Just don't want to miss the 12 hr window. Pls advise. Thanks.

    hi

from the time ti closes, the same 12hr window applies.

it opens up on the first, so if it closes 2nd, then 12hrs from then. if it's already closed, then I assume 12hrs from 12am pst.

    but, it's a guess i don't know for sure.
