Regarding 2000 Cr. Ready-go @ STA

  Look like the tournament is ready but it still ask me to sign in?

  This was a situation created by WGT so, find a solution please, otherwise, refund the credits.

  Watch out Luis, the number of rg is different (see the past page with the other screenshot), so this is the new one, it appeared to me as well ...

  very confusing indeed..i already paid my 2k before xmas and it wants me to pay up again?!...something aint right..i'm sure they'l get it sorted, eventually!

  It was a 50 person tie for last place.  no winnings for anyone.  lol

  Here is what happened as I understand it.

  1. new tournament you seen should be fine, since it's new and open.

  2. the one that was opened by mistake, once it filled before 31st, timer started, so it automatically closed.

  3. until we are back in the office and are able to find more details about it, not much can be done.

  i am sorry for this, but until it's looked into not much can be done.

  Then, I expect a quick resolution of the problem. However, as I'm concerned, I will not enter the new tournament until I play in the tournament that has already been paid ... or credits returned.
