Nike ball offer rip-off

  Worked out all the usual time issues, i was well within the purchase time limits, it simply didn't show up - and hasn't ever since. The important point from all this is the non-existent customer service from WGT.

  if you purchases something within the promotion period and did not get it, please email us and we will fix the error.

  please note that due to holidays, there will be delays in our replies.

  so, if you did purchase within the promo period, please contact me on my wall and I'll make sure to check it.

  you can verify this by checking your transactions in 'account' tab

  you might want to check on your "But Credits" link under "Transaction History" to verify the date you bought the credits.
