Disconnection.....

  I am constantly getting kicked off and can't get back into the game with my friends....I'm really getting the feeling that you haven't the room to carry all of the play....U may need to add extra servers or do something so that we don't get kicked off......It happens several times a day and almost at least every other game...It's not just me.....If i get on a blitz game....the others are getting kicked off too.....it is very frustrating....I remember  with Diablo that when we would go online to play we would always get kicked off there too...Battlenet couldn't support the community of players....Please get this fixed.....It is a real bummer especially when you get a nice game going.....Thank You......Upgrade or Something.........sincerely KnightLord

  Hi

  this may sound like showing off but I maybe got disconnected 5 times in the last 12month. many others are the same. 

  the issue is something between server and your internet and your computer. it's not our servers. yes sometimes there maybe a short glitch or something it's rarely more than 5-10 minutes.

  i recommend doing a cleanup in your system, defrag, clear cookies/temp files and make your internet is good and if you use wifi that your signal is clear and without drop offs.

  Lol ... this is typical for all games - staff always recommends the users do the clean ups and what not.It is never the game company's fault. Or their equpiment thats bad.

  It happens to me too. I am not on wifi. I have excellent ping. Performed a clean up not 3 days ago. Cleared out my system. It works well with every other game I play.

  And still I experienced today that I couldnt go from hole to hole in a single player game, but had to reload game window between every hole.
  Later in the afternoon, I was in a matchplay, and we kept getting booted off right and left. All 4 of us. So it might just be something at your end after all WGTicon ... I strongly suggest some doublechecking ...

  Nice comments, I have just been disqualified from a match play because I was disconnected 3 times but I have a perfect internet connection. The problem is with WGT it happens too many times to anything else.

  I also have had way to many instances of being "kicked off" with the stupid message "there has been a problem".  I've had my computer checked by an expert (everything is fine), checked with my internet provider who says it's the site.  Never have this problem with any other internet connections, games or research.  Have had many friends and players comment on this also.

  I recommend YOU check YOUR system for problems and quit ducking the issue.

  How do you account for those of us that only have a problem on rare occasions?

  I have no answer for you ApexPC, but if you bothered to read my comment, my computer has been checked and it is fine, and my internet works perfectly.  I can't tell you why you and your friends DON'T have problems, but I'm not the only one who has this issue.  You sound like WGT, "we don't have a problem, you do".  Thanks for the help.
