There has been many posts warning everyone that there has been a problem with people getting disconnected. All you have to do is take a few minutes and go through the forum discussions about skins games. I stopped playing them for a while then just started playing them again for credits. I have not had an issue at all except for the scoring on one of them which I sent an email to wgt.
So with all the problems that have been posted, you are playing at your own risk and until wgt staff get back from the holiday's. They are working with limited staff as they take off for the holidays to spend time with their families. They are getting ready to put together another course that everyone has been wanting. When they do that, wgt staff work around the clock. They put tons of hours into this game and they are entitled to time off. Everything will be back to normal probably this week.
So bottom line is this is still in Beta and there is still a few bugs to work out, especially in the skins games. There are games that have been around for 10+ years that have way more bugs then wgt. Especially since they don't force anyone to buy credits.
