Neil and I tee off, have a frustrating but enjoyable and trouble free first 9....
Make the turn, and have another frustrating but enjoyable trip thru the 17th with no problems......
we step up to the 18th, Neil gets on in great shape and has a tap in for birdie, me not so much. I flop one up right next to the pin, and wait for Neil to knock his bird in so I can end the agony. And I wait. And I wait. . . . Finally see him posting on Skype that he is froze, and we wait it out to see if WGT makes one of it;s remarkable recoveries. No such luck, this is what I see next....
Just to be safe, I putted out for my bogey and screen printed it in the HOPES (hint hint Steve) that I don't have to suffer thru 8 more holes of this to make up one last shot, lol. Here is the last card, after Neil disconnected.
So I beg of you, can you accept these scores based on:
- Our honestly
- Our most deepest wish to not play another thole of this comp ever again
- Our willingness to take whatever score you feel is right to give us for the 18th, if you deem necessary for either or both of us...
- The fact that we sucked, and the scores wont matter anyway for either of us
