And a final word about season one.
I wish to thank all those that took part in making our first season a great success, for the laughs and the fun we all have had. For the sportsmanship shown in a very competitive way, and most of all for you helping others feel welcome to the community and assisting them along the way, in what was a rather confusing new way.
Why Golfseeker?
I decided to build the site to show that there were alternative ways to play this game other than those already on offer. I wanted to make the game as fair as possible, to allow for any players' ability to be able to compete on a level basis (hence the handicapping system) It has been a huge success (but I was using the system that has evolved over 100 years ago and still used to this day to make the game of golf a game that allows all an equal chance) Of course there are many other very well run comps not organised by WGT and long may they flourish and remain, because, the more options open to us , the better.
