The first to post i will use it as a draw. This can't be rigged as i have posted every one's name and what number they are somewhere (on some one's WALL), i will give link after draw has been done to proove there was no cheating because the post is all ready there, with TIME & DATE, so who ever picks out the ties first (can be anyone) i'll match those numbers to the pre-done names, and post link so you all can see it was fair (but only until some one has posted a draw.) I've also posted the list to some one impartial, not involved in tournamentr so pre-written post can't be EDITED.
