Yep, got to agree "LOVE game, HATE bugs!" ... Why can you take the same shot from same rough to find out you didnt need it that time lol? ..... I think the biggest thrill to most of us when we're starting, is that you think you are (almost) actually playing on, lets say St Andrews, or even, the GREAT "BELFRY!" (sorry about plug lol) ,,, But after a time u realise that everything is out ... In a nutshell i would like to play St Andrews the way it REALLY is!!! , wind, SEVERITY of slopes on greens, etc ... The graphics are generally great, but i think you let yourself down on really simple things like: ......1,(THE ABOVE). 2, contradictions in rear and frontal view, when putting ... and 3, specifications on clubs, balls and hole descriptions (the hole descriptions have just been thrown together with the specifications, and not even uniform in description or appearance) ...
OK i've learnt my lessons with equipment, and i know how to react on most holes ... "but please! just keep it REAL!" ... instead of inventing an unreal St Andrews, with extra severity of slopes (green) etc ... why not, say? have a wet and dry period? ... or even better! a (4) seasonal change with winds, dampness, etc ..... (a weather clock even!)
... With having experience in graphics, and with (some of) your scanning equipment, Im sure this is really easy to solve? yeah? ... "KEEP IT REAL, PLEASE"
