I used a bunch of words including 'relatively'.... at least they have been prompt in acknowledging the issues and have informed me at every step of the way, which to my mind indicates that someone does take the matter seriously.
The reason why it did not work is purely guess work, which I did state.
It would be nice to have the free credits and I am looking forward to spending them, but in the mean time I will carry on enjoying the game.
