Surveys not paying out the promised credits

  I am owed 900 credits from completing 6 of the Opinion Surveys. Four times over the last ten daysI have emailed Trialpay and WGT as it is their platform and Trialplay are using the WGT platform to entice people to do their surveys. To date I have not had a reply

  I am also owed 5 views for the Jesse J Blackberry Ad that seems to be infecting my machine, I have watched it countless times in a vain attempt to get rid of it, each time the button to collect the views is greyed out instead of being black so I cannot claim the views, as I cannot claim them every time I click on the "Watch Video's" tab it is there and I have to skip it, click redeem then click another button to get to the other video's. It is extremely annoying.

  Opinion Surveys are a rip off...3 times i have completed surveys and not received my credits. When attemting to send complaint to Trail Pay they ask for a capy of their email for they completed survey which Opinion Surveys never sends. So far that's 450 credit not recsived for my time spent...BEWARE

  Could you please explain to me to me how a survey offer does not "successfully track on their own" when I access the surveys through the same game site and I get the response that I have successfully completed this survey. I have several other surveys I did not get credit for, but this was a big one (450 credits) that took 30 minutes to complete!
  If there is a way to know a survey will not successfully track on their own I'd like to find out so I don't waste my
  time or yours. I'm trying to be nice about this, but I'm not letting this one go.

  You are not alone cm68, I also completed 4 opinion surveys and did not receive my credits.After corresponding, Trial pay has since paid up on one. This has just started happening since start of March, peanut surveys remain unaffected.Anybody got an explanation?

  Hi William,

  Your response from trial pay is word for word the same as mine. They obviously know they have a problem as they have developed a stock answer for every query. Daily surveys still seem to be working, I did one this morning that credited instantly. I look forward to any response that you get though I wouldn't hold your breath.

  My response to the reply was to the effect of why should I want to go and do another survey for nothing, we don't do them for fun!

  Exactly the same with me. Think 5 on the run not paid out and it's been consistently the best one in the past. I'll give it a few days but my expensive Nike ball habit needs feeding!!

  This is the latest in a line of 5 emails, all to no avail:

  Hello, can you tell me if anything is ever going to get done about the information I have sent you FOUR times (Not including this) I am now owed a further 10 views for the Renault 5 credit Ad that will not pay out and the eight and a half minute long Fast Show 5 views Ad that also will not payout, on top of the infernal Jesse J Blackberry 5 view Ad. That is now 900 credits and 15 views!!

  
  All 3 of these defunct Ads are clogging up my screen when I go into "Watch video's" and it is a right royal pain in the backside to get past them.

   

  Please contact me and tell me what is happening about resolving this shameful issue.

  I finally got one Opinion survey that paid off yesterday after either 4 or 5 that did not

  Yup, they are working again (giving credits), although I never received the credits for 4 previous surveys completed successfully last week.
