  As for the lie, IMO the ball picture in the lower right corner shows the stated lie - fairway!

  I went there and had a look, and the fairway goes close to the green.

  After blowing up the pic for a closer look it is indeed fairway there. I could have sworn it told me ball was on fringe but the grass beneath the ball is higher than what you would find on the fringe.
