Received the invite and joined...very grateful for the invite and the gift.  Am a level 73 TM trying for Legend so don't know why I qualified but thanks nonetheless, WGT.

mkg, the fact that you just joined 6 weeks ago and are already at level 73 says a lot.

LOL, this is too funny...check out the score history!

mkg, you realise that St A's is not the only course on here?

I'm only a lvl 70 TM and also got the invite to join. Hey I never complain though when Nike's magically end up in my bag.

zag, what it really means is that I was hooked early on and have probably spent way too much time on this game.  But, I'm 60 yrs. old and have plenty of idle time at this point in life.

I did use 5 level up boosts to go from 53 to 58 in order to get the Ping G-20 clubs, which helped my game tremendously.

So far I've been lucky enough to use surveys and vids to earn credits, haven't had to invest any real bucks...yet.

I spent a lot of time on St. A to get my avg. down as I moved from TP to M to TM.  I realize I need to relax and enjoy the other courses as well, and plan to do so.  I really like Oakmont and Congressional but have a real fondness for St. A since my ancestors probably either played there or caddied there or looted the place from time to time.

Realistically I shouldn't even try for Legend until I can afford the higher level G-20s in order to play from the long tees...but it's very tempting to go for it now.  This game is addicting to say the least.

pb, I know, I've worn the place out...but I love that course, love playing in the wind and the nuances of fairways and greens.  St. A #17 is probably my favorite hole in the world and the one that gives me more fits than any other.

But as I mentioned earlier I'm starting to really like Oakmont, too, even though the greens make me crazy.
