    esssy:

well if wgticon sees this please take me off the wgtnation list thank you

    seems a waste of time

how is it a waste of time?......as Icon stated in this thread less than a week ago...it's a new project even he's a little unsure about it as it's in it's early stages. most likely there will be decent benefits in the pipeline.

i signed up and got a sleeve of nikes for doing so....how can that be a waste of time?.

how about folks just show a little patience to see what WGT actually come up with.

i dare say the team are quite busy just now with the new course about ready to come out.

even if it takes a month or so for WGT Nation to kick off.....what harm will it do ?

it ain't like it's going to run out of fashion.

no one ever expected the Winter Tour etc...with the top 10 getting Amazon GV's etc.....and that's turned out to be a very good addition.

i'm sure when WGT Nation kicks off it'll be great...but it might just take a little bit more time.

    i'm in no hurry.

    tbe

Have to agree with you on this one, seems to me that if they wasn't prepared for this they should have never opened the door

Lemme get this straight. WGT comes up with a plan (whatever it is) that has to start someplace. They give away expensive balls free to solicit interest, operative word free. The virtual Open is around the corner and 2 courses are coming up real soon and the site will be consumed with Opens for the next 2-3 months.

Whatever in the world are you expecting? How about sitting tight and giving it time to develop? Give the balls back to them if you don't have the patience. Sheesh.

Have to agree! I'm not in any hurry and have a feeling it's going to be great for all who were selected. I'm guessing that sandbaggers and multi-accounters are out and only the people who do it the right way will be involved. Probably get news around the time the Virtual Open starts.

WOW Jim, Take a pill, all I said was if the program wasn't ready for the public it should have not been offered

That would be like me offering a product , and I have no idea what it is going to look like , I just wanted to see how many people are interested.

Well DUH. What do you think they did?

You're a woodworker just like me. Our talents (or WGT's think tank) speak for themselves and we don't sell specific products, we sell the ability to create whatever the end user wants. Here's a free corbel-what do you want me to make with it? Sit back and wait for the ideas..........

Your blowing this way out of proportion , what they have come up with is great ( WGT Nation). My point is they could have waited to bring it out, when they at least had a web site or something that had some kind of program of the upcoming events.

They have to have some idea on what they are going to do , or they would have never come up with the idea. We all will just wait , cause that's all we can do. Just like new features they get released when they are ready to be released.

P.S. You hand someone a corbel, more then likely they will say what is this, and what do I do with it..........LOL

Keeping in mind, from a programming point of view, this is probably just the framework being laid and tested... which is the MO for WGT. (at least from what I've experienced)  They've got to make sure the guts work before they doll it all up.  Just take it as a preview into the future and let your imagination run for a little while.

exactly.......and they've put the feelers out to see just how many people are going to sign up....in order to see if WGT Nation has the potential client base to be a viable product.

no doubt it will grow arms and legs and develop into something really good...but of course it'll take time.....and i'm in no hurry.

easiest way to do that is to delete your wgt account completely. cya
