#4 and #17 work fine for me with a flop, not sure about #10 not in there enough.
One important thing players need to remember about sand shots is that the misses are more magnified. If you are one that likes to miss one way or the other, then you will have a hard time in the sand. Hitting the mark is at a premium, as it should be, makes it a more challenging shot.
The only club that works for me from #10 Kiawah bunker is full LW. I'm almost always even with or slightly short of the flag and place the aim triangle about 8 ft right of the hole and hit it about 10% more than the measured distance. It seems to trickle down to within 2-5 ft most every time.
