  make sure the width if 450, and try resizing it in the preview pane.....

  When you input the URL in the media link, change the width from 550 to 450

  I dont want to clutter up this but I almost had it and I'm not going to give up till I get it on posting the scorecard.  I get on tinypic open my scorecard for second round it comes up so I enter ctrl + c then open up wgt go to this forum post and enter reply open media and enter ctrl + v and all that comes up is my post with my beth page black scorecard someone help me

  When you upload your scorecard from Paint (or whatever you're using to copy the card to) to tinypic.com then you copy the URL that says Direct Link for Layouts. Then you paste the link into your post and resize it to 450 width.
