  Bottom line here, if DD is out of credits, he/she can rant, but IMO, only when WGT (assume he/she contacted WGT first), did not respond.

  Dukie, ya did contact WGT and give them time to get back to ya, right?

  RUNWME:

  Wgt has been good about refunding credits when they are in error, send an email and handle it like a man and not a kid throwing a tantrum.

  No need for the subtle back handed comment Don. DD was just pissed off and had to vent. I am very confident he will contact WGT, I'm sure. No respect.

  WGT did go offline unexpectedly yesterday for about 5 minutes. The "Maintenance" screen was up.

  Interestingly enough, when it happened I had just dinged a putt. The game paused like I was frozen-saw the swing, got the ding and waited. Since nothing was happening I X'd out of the game and came back only to see the site down. 5 minutes later I got reconnected and taken back to the game faced with the same putt. WGT never saw the first putt because they were down. This was around 7PM EST.

  Dukie has a case.

  yupps i can confirm wgt was offline for 5 mins too.....at the time Dukie said. Me and the other folks i was playing with were in the middle of a game....No warnings given.

  7:00 PM is about right. Playing a 9 hole at STA front 9, hit the HIO on #8. Went to the tee box on 9, and got frozen out. Two minutes later, a down for maintenance note appeared. Ten minutes later, a game was canceled due to disconnection message appeared.

  No finish, and no hole in one.

  Can you here me crying OP?  LOL

  Any game that is for more then 200 Credits needs to be Played on NBC or ABC.
